As soon as I introduced it again after 3.5 weeks, I immediately got symptoms again. I stopped drinking them and felt better immediately. Empty stomach or not, no energy drink has ever done this to me. If I drink them with food the symptoms aren’t quite as severe, but still there. (So I knew that symptoms came immediately from Alani since I hadn’t had anything else). Not sure if they changed ingredients, but I noticed a few months ago that they make me lightheaded, give me a headache, and make my head feel fuzzy/weird if that makes sense? I almost passed out a couple of times and then realized that it was from drinking an Alani in the morning before food.
